Witness for newsroomsEnterpriseRev 2026.09

Footage from the people who were there, with the record attached.

When something breaks, the first footage comes from whoever was standing there. Witness puts it on a map as it arrives, shows how confident the system is in it, and lets you license it from the person who shot it.

The live map, filtered to your regions and beats, with every report placed where it was recorded.

  3. 03License

    Clear it per use.

License the file for the use you need, with the terms attached. The reporter keeps ownership.

  4. 04Reach

Talk to the person who shot it.

Reach the reporter directly for context, follow-up and more footage.

Every license pays the person who was there.

Seventy percent of each license goes to the reporter who captured the file, and the split is shown on the file. Payment comes from licensing, not from volume.

Contributors in difficult places.

Reports show a place rather than exact coordinates, and reporters can publish under a pseudonym while their account is verified privately.

Newsroom or data access?

Newsroom access is for finding and licensing individual files. If your team wants events as structured records over an API, data access is the fit.
