> What Witness is, why it exists and how to reach the company. Witness is made by Witness Technologies, Inc. and was founded by Noam Avivi in 2025.

A live verified map of the world, and the record underneath it.

## What Witness is

Witness is an app where people capture what is happening where they are. Each report is geotagged and timestamped at the moment it is recorded, placed on a live map, and given a confidence reading that moves as independent evidence arrives.

The same reports become records for organizations: footage a newsroom can license, and structured events a data team can query. The person who captured a file keeps it, and when it is licensed, 70 percent goes to them.

## What we are building

A record of the present that is anchored to place and time, weighted by evidence, and owned by the people who create it. Not a feed of claims, and not a scrape of other platforms. A verified layer under everything that happens.
